At Kairos Family Support, everything begins with you.

We are a people-first service, built on the belief that meaningful support starts by listening — really listening — to what you need. Whether you’re facing a personal challenge, supporting others, or navigating a period of change, we tailor everything around your unique circumstances, not a set programme or pre-written plan.

Life can feel overwhelming, fast-moving, or unclear — like everything around you is a blur. We're here to help bring things into focus, offering the clarity, tools, and space you need to take the next step with confidence.

We work to support you through difficult times, empower you to take back control of your life, and promote long-term healing, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. These values shape everything we do — from one-to-one work to group support, from training to crisis response.

Our team is made up of experienced and registered professionals, including qualified social workers and specialists in psychological therapies and coaching. We combine lived experience with clinical expertise to offer compassionate, effective support to individuals, families, and professionals working in high-pressure environments.

We don’t just respond — we respond at the right time, with the right tools, and in the right way. At Kairos, we put people first, every time.

Clarity. Strength. Support.

Our Services

Personal and Emotional Support

We offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where adults can speak openly about their personal and emotional challenges. Our support is grounded in compassion, understanding, and practical approaches designed to help individuals strengthen their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Child & Adolescent Services

We are committed to supporting children and young people through a range of tailored services that promote safety, resilience, and positive development. Our work focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering practical, emotional, and preventative support at every stage of a young person’s journey.

Training & Workshops

We deliver a range of engaging, informative, and practical training sessions — available both in person and online — designed to raise awareness, build skills, and create safer, more inclusive environments for individuals, organisations, and communities.

Our sessions are facilitated by experienced practitioners and can be tailored to suit the needs of professionals, frontline workers, volunteers, or members of the public.

Specialist Services

Specialist Services

We offer tailored services that respond directly to the needs of those working in high-pressure, high-responsibility environments.

Our specialist programmes are built on real-world experience and deep sector understanding, with a focus on practical, emotional, and preventative support for key groups: the UK military community and professionals in NHS, and adult social care settings.

Advocacy Support Service

At Kairos Family Support, we understand how overwhelming and confusing it can be when your family is involved with social services. Whether it’s Children’s Social Care, Adult Services, or multi-agency involvement, families often feel unsure of their rights, unclear about what’s happening, or uncertain whether processes are being followed properly.

Befriending with Emotional Support Service

At Kairos Family Support, we offer more than just company — we provide one-to-one support that helps you move forward with confidence. Whether you’re feeling lonely, emotionally stuck, or overwhelmed by caring responsibilities, our team of qualified therapists, coaches, and social workers are here to help.

This flexible service is designed to meet your needs — from a friendly chat to focused support with grief, life changes, or reconnecting with the world around you. We support carers needing a break, individuals navigating change, and anyone looking to build emotional independence and social confidence.

Available daily, weekly, or as needed, our visits are grounded in care, compassion, and real understanding — helping you feel stronger, more connected, and more in control.

At Kairos Family Support, we believe that meaningful, lasting impact is built through strong partnerships.

We work alongside a wide range of organisations, professionals, and community-based services to ensure the people we support have access to the most comprehensive, joined-up care possible.

Whether collaborating with local authorities, schools, healthcare providers, or independent practitioners, we bring openness, flexibility, and shared purpose to every partnership.

By combining our expertise with the strengths of others, we create a more effective network of support — one that puts people at the centre and achieves real, measurable outcomes.
